I’m Alfons Geueke and I’ve been at GKN for 13 years now, where I love working with one of my great passions every day: innovation. And now on this blog I look forward to sharing just how innovative product solutions in powdered metal can be and to highlighting the value of our diverse innovation programs. See – no sentence without “innovation” in it!
I joined GKN in 2003 and have held positions including Product & Process Engineer for new powder metal (PM) components and Marketing Manager Sinter Metals Europe. Today, as Marketing Director responsible for our global communications activities, I can combine two worlds where I am very much at home: engineering and communication. I hold a degree in mechanical engineering from the FH Konstanz and a degree in business economics from the Kolping Academy Cologne.
I look forward to having an active dialogue with our blog community – who knows what great ideas and innovations could result.
